Explore the beauty of drawing and painting with watercolor pencils

in this introductory course.

Learn everything you need to get started - types of paper, pencils, how to put the color down, how to paint with a pencil. Each session will be a review and work on the painting. The class will work on 3-4 paintings during the course. Reference images will be supplied

Introduction to

Traditional

Oil Painting

6 Week Course • Tuesday Evenings, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm • $200/6-weeks plus supplies • registration required

• recommended for ages 14 to adult

 

In this 6-week course, you will produce your own traditional oil painting from concept to completion.  We will start with a simple still life to paint together, then you can pick your own subject for additional painting: still life, landscape, portrait, abstract, etc. Beginners and more advanced painters are welcome.

Advanced

Oil Painting Class & Studio Time

6 Week Course • Thursday Evenings, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm • $100/6-weeks plus supplies • registration required

• recommended for ages 14 to adult

 

This course is intended for oil painters who have already completed "Introduction to Traditional Oil Painting" or are other wise experienced. It is an opportunity to continue to grow and master new techniques.  Paint what you want with the assistance of a teacher and the encouragement of other painters.
